My Guide offers support and advice for one calendar year. You arrive in a foreign land, where you do not know anybody, you have no social network to fall back on, and you have no-one to answer your questions. With My Guide, you can ask all of the questions you need to between the hours of 10am – 6pm from Monday to Friday. In an emergency, we are contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Amongst other things, you can contact My Guide for:

• Help and advice regarding legal matters and communication with government bodies, for example, regarding extension of your residence permit, registry with the municipality, tax etc.
• Advice about insurance, telephone services, Internet providers, public transport and much, much more.
• Help with problems and conflicts, for example, with your landlord or your educational institution.

Furthermore, you receive:

• A considerable discount (up to 50%) on the My Guide’s ‘extra support’ services.
• A 15% discount on all My Guide activities.
• Discounts at various local sports clubs and entertainment venues.
